SINGLE BARRELS

Every year, we take some of our longtime staff and fly them to either Oaxaca Mexico (for Mezcal) or Kentucky (for Bourbon). These exclusive small batch selections are only available at our bars and their shelf lives are short, as we oftentimes sell out in a matter of months. Sometimes even sooner than that. While we could just order our selections through the mail—the most common way to do this— we strongly believe in the experience of our hardworking staff selecting the whiskey where it was created, aged, and perfected.

To date, we have selected Single Barrels of Elmer T. Lee, Buffalo Trace, Elijah Craig, Old Weller Antique 107 (multiple times), Weller Special Reserve, Weller Full Proof, Old Forester, Stagg, Rittenhouse, and Blanton’s. Plus, we have also selected multiple private label Mezcals from both Banhez and Mezcal Union.
